We prefer email to other forms of communication. We live on acreage in the Colorado Rockies, thus drop-bys are not feasible. Additionally, due to our rural outdoor lifestyle, we are sometimes unavailable by telephone during the business day. Email, however, is convenient, accurate and efficient. About Us
RoBe:Do Robotics is a privately owned and operated mom and pop shop run out of William and Esmaa Self's Colorado home. We custom build each robot to order. Customer satisfaction ensures ours.
William Self's design experiments began in his first decade when he successfully built an indoor kite flyer. He went on to re-purpose myriad "found" things (sorry Mom) into whimsical wheeled vehicles. His favorite TV shows, The Jetsons and Lost in Space, instilled a love of robotics. Surprisingly, it took him to 1999 to design his first programmable robot. He has been designing programmable robots ever since. Read more about my robotics path.
William has over 10 years experience building robots, as well as more than 20 years of software product engineering experience.
