Shipping Policy
Our robots are built to order, thus some materials may need to be procured before construction work can begin. Most custom robots will be shipped within two weeks of order. We'll notify you by email when work has begun and again when your robot has been shipped.
Shipments are made through United Parcel Service (UPS) and are guaranteed to arrive by the posted scheduled delivery times of UPS, from the time your package leaves our facility. A reminder: UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
RoBeDo Robotics reserves the right to change the shipping cost of orders prior to shipment in order to reflect changes in shipping costs due to system errors, miscalculated weights, locations or distances, or any other reason which may affect the actual shipping cost. Customers will be contacted and informed of any cost changes and will have the choice of accepting or canceling the order for a full refund.

UPS 2nd Day Air�: 2 Business Days
UPS Delivery Commitment: Delivery by the end of the second business day. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time. Service Area: All 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii.
UPS Next Day Air Saver�: Next Business Day
UPS Delivery Commitment, Commercial Destinations: Next business day delivery by 3:00 or 4:30 p.m. where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon, respectively. UPS Delivery Commitment, Residential Destinations: Next business day delivery by end of day. Service Area: Available to the 48 contiguous states; not available to destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by end of day.

Warranty
Because it is our intention to deliver fantastic products with years of trouble-free service, we test each robot and installed component before shipping. Sometimes things do happen; mistakes get made, components fail and even product improvements change things. All component manufacturer warranties apply. If a RoBeDo manufactured part should fail contact us and we'll make it right. (Which is to say, we're reasonable people, we want your robot to make you happy, but if you shower with it or run it over with your lawn mower or your guinea pig eats wires, well, then, you're on your own.)
Return Policy
Make your custom robot selections carefully, as we do not accept returns on electronics or custom, made-to-order items, unless a manufacturer's defect exists. There is no return on items modified or damaged by buyer. Other merchandise can be returned within 30 days for full refund less a 15% restocking fee as long as all packaging remains new and unopened. Please contact William Self at william@robedo.com to see if your item may qualify for return. A 15% restocking fee will apply.
